How much disassembly/assembly was required? A few repairs would be well worth doing. I’d recommend cedar if you can get some easily, it’s soft, rot-resistant and practically splinter-free.

Pulled the slides and swing portions, after that it was 3 simple pieces.
I have some deck board laying around, so we’re planning on using that, then repainting the whole thing so it looks good and is protected. ;)
